Hi and welcome to my page. My name is Suki and I am an accredited BACP member. I have been in private practice for 15 years with a wealth of knowledge and experience. I have a Diploma in CBT, Clinical Supervision and Couples Therapy. I am an integrative counsellor and currently work privately, with University students and as an affiliate counsellor for Health Assured.

With over 15 years of experience in private practice, I am dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges and cultivate personal growth. My approach to counselling is integrative, drawing from various therapeutic modalities to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs and goals.
Through compassionate listening, empathy and evidence based interventions, I strive to empower clients to tap into their inner resources, build resilience and create meaningful change in their lives. Together, we will work towards uncovering your strengths, fostering self-compassion and nurturing a deeper understanding of yourself.

Experience
As an integrative counsellor, I blend techniques from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, person-centred, solution focused therapy and more providing a holistic framework for healing and transformation. My goal is to create a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences without judgement.
I work with adults facing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma and life transitions.
